NOTES:

1. Time control is 34 moves in 85 minutes, with 20 minutes additional time for each player for a quickplay finish.
2. The first named player has White and has the responsibility to contact his/her opponent to arrange the game.  Games must be played by the given date.  Games can be played before the due date for previous rounds if desired.  If circumstances mean that it is difficult to meet the dates, the tournament controller should be informed.
3. Results are to be given by the winner, or White if drawn, to the tournament controller, whose decisions on anydisputes are final.
4. In the event of a points tie (a) the winner will be determined by the result(s) of the game(s) between the players tying (b) if players are still tied then the Wallace system will be used to determine a sole winner.  This deducts from the final scores of the tied players, their individual scores against the lowest-placed player.  If they are still tied scores against the next lowest placed player are deducted and so on.
